Just don't understand why Redknapp doesn't play him, has the pace we so badely need at the back which in turn allows us to play a higher line giving our strikers more support and options.

Before all the Hill/Dunne combo fans state what a great defense we have, yes they have done well and give their all but the facts suggest we are better with Onuoha.

With Onuoha at Centre back, played 11 conceeded 4 goals at 0.363 per game averaging 2.18 points per game and remain undefeated.

With the Hill/Dunne combo, played 18 conceeded 17 goals at 0.944 per game averaging 1.72 points per game and suffering 5 defeats.

Has to play whenever fit replacing either of Hill or Dunne but there again Arry has his favourites whatever the evidence to the contrary.

Did you watch the game against Burnely. Surely that might give a bit of insight. he was consistently nowhere near his man.

It is a tricky issue for me. Dunne and Clint have been very good this year, but are strating to look tired and the clean sheets are not so regular.

Played full back against Burnley which is not his natural position, struggled playing there in the prem but has all the attributes for a top quality centre half.

All very well continually defending Redknapp selections but his has and always has had his favorites and both Hill and Dunne fall into that category. Same could be said for Carroll and Oneill, think it was Einstein that said doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity, have a re think Redknapp.

Onouha ain't shite and is fit. Dunne looks shakey to me atm all arms and legs unless it's lumped in the air. Not denying he's played well this season though just against the better teams with abit of movement he looks dodgy to me.

To be fair, he was out of his natural position at RB (I know he played there before but hes a natural CB).

He hasnt been able to push out anyone in the defence cos he hasnt been fit enough since the bad injury is my opinion.

Opinion is fair enough, but Redknapp has a habit of stating players aren't fit when he simply doesn't want to play them. Johnson has been fit for a while but wasn't selected, yossi is currently fit but no where near the squad and Onuoha has been fit for some time
