    Some proper sh1te recommendations on here for next manager its a wonder why we'd even bother replacing Redknapp.

        1/ Bilic

        2/ Montella.

        3/ Paul Clement / Gallen.

        Plenty to be going on with there, word is Bilic wants to return to Blighty. Good football, gets modern tactics and wont tolerate slackers / under performers. Capable of a spot of fire breathing.

        Montella is going to be the among the next generation of top guv'nors, not sure if I'd leave Florence for LR though....

        Clement and Gallen - Rs thru n thru.

        Any of this lot would be a massive improvement.

                                            Bilic is very overrated! Robert Prosinečki was the reason for his early success with Croatia and once he left so did the ability to have any tactics in a game.
