Mackie is a better player than Doyle. But we must remember Doyle has 3 league goals this season in league 1. Great return

        Three goals all season?

Mackie and Doyle are similar forwards and, in my opinion, Doyle is not as good as Mackie....I mean he's hardly torn up league 1 in the 20 odd games hes played has he?

Has this been confirmed yet? Good accusation on loan until end of season in my view, very good front man that has seen his form drop dramatically along with his club, can happen that, he needs to cut his ties with the club he was one of there biggest earners , but if we can get the Doyle back of two seasons ago, he could be just as dangerous as Austin in front of goal in this league imo

Agree. He has a footballing brain in his head and is a much better finisher.

He's had a bad couple of years, but as a result of Wolves imploding. Also, when they dropped from the prem they sold his strike partner in Fletcher and the two main supply routes in Jarvis and another who's name escapes me. As a result they created next to nothing the 2nd relegation season and he had crumbs. As for this year, i doubt his heart is in it anymore and it's a classic scenario when a player needs to move and have a fresh start.

He wont score hatfuls, but he is a good footballer and if given plenty of chances he is a decent finisher.

I dont know for certain, but i'm pretty sure some restrictions were put in to prevent what they did being possible again.....?

Has he actually signed yet? If not - then he won't be available tomorrow which leaves us with just AJ and Zamora - we should have recalled Hitchcock for cover if nothing else
