  • Memo to Harry: Play Philllips Every Game.... Please

We were a totally different team second half. We weren't that bad first half, rather Huddersfield were good, but Phllips shook things up and made us much, much more lively. How Harry can't play him- or plays O'Neil instead of me- is a total mystery to me...

He seems to be using Phillips and armband to run at tired legs and it's worked 2 weeks running after average first halves . Changed the game and gave a great attacking option

Dave Mac was saying on twitter how we seem to get the other team tired in the first half then bring on pace the second. He said Huddersfield where blowing by the second half.

Not from the start. The game plan has worked the last 3 league games, no point changing it. Bring phillips and traore on when the defenders are looking tired and watch them tear them apart

We need to play with a faster tempo as we cause the opposition with more problems. Otherwise we look ....

It's a hard one with Phillips as I agree, Harry has executed a brilliant game plan for the last few games and I'm normally one not to change a winning team but can't help.thinking Phillips should be a starter.
He puts people on the back foot is.direct and gets balls in the box.

What a terrible statement from Dave Mac then to think that was our game plan. We were dead lucky and got away with it today. Against a half decent side we could of easily have been 4-0 down at half time, if Huddersfield knew how to finish! Dicing with death strategy that!!!

Agree with Dazzer you can have all the pace you want in the second half but if you have already lost the game it isn't good tactics
No one pulls my strings 😉

If that is a serious plan then we are in trouble, a better team than Huddersfield and we would have been 3 down at half time.

Can dave m let us know if this is the plan. If so then we can all turn up at half time.

Think it should and could of been 4 mate. There was only one team in it first half. We just looked like old men out there and was so far off the pace, but they had no end product or finesse. We rode our luck big time!
