Not trying to put out the same side twice. Too much chopping and changing, and too little stability.

          1. Changing the very successful defence from last season

          2. Not bringing in a decent left back

          3. Spending 3.5 million on a midfielder who although is good we did not need

          4. 3.5 million would have got us a top striker

          5. Not buying 2 strikers who know our league or country

          6. Constant tinkering with the side

          7. Not getting the players fit enough

          8. Not being able to stick with a system

          9. Making strange subs all the time

          10. Playing such dire football to watch.

                    1. Not playing the blatantly best players in their proper positin and embracing their qualities instead of criticising them. Buzsaky main player, also Matt Connolly (who only got in through injury).

                    2. Not getting in genuine goalscorer

You'll get a shorter answer if you ask what he's done right so far.

Not knowing how he wants to play. Pattern of play, are we a side that get the ball wide and put crosses in? Are we a team that plays through the middle, are we direct enough? Do we push up or defend deep.....this is the biggest issue I have with Magilton. If he doesn't know the best formation that suits our team what chance have the players got.

I like his honesty though, but not sure the players respond to it.

Seriously, Egham has it right. Taking a job at the shower of s h i t e our club has been turned to is the biggest mistake of his career. Although, as always, he can look forward to that golden handshake when Flab and GP waste MORE budget by paying him off...
