The big big big difference there though jon mate, was that 'nobody else in the world' wanted joey. So it was either us in the lowly championship or retire. Remys a great player with a good reputation (well barring being accused of being a rapist that is)

Very true. And that is exactly we should do. Use the remy money in advance in january on both those two, and then we would deffo get the 100 million prem money as well. In an ideal world i think every fan would wish for that.
