Would much rather Rhodes. Ings has done it for half a season. Rhodes has been banging em in for about 4 seasons now. As matty said even playing in an average Blackburn team he's an absolute goal machine at this level

Wells over Rhodes? I'd rather pay an extra 7mil for guaranteed goals and promotion myself. I like the look of Wells but I feel Rhodes would hit the ground running and both at 23 yrs of age, I know who I'd prefer. Surely Mital come stump up the cash for this?

Rhodes all day long and think he is a realistic signing as well. Whatever happens a minimum of two strikers are needed as both Johnson and Zamora are knackered.

It doesn't matter who we get if we don't create opportunities for them and the way we are currently playing it's not going to happen, we don't even break on teams as we are he'll bent in holding the play up and passing it 20 times before we even move forward.

Would be worth the self-denial. Anyone with a modicum of fitness could compete and feel proud.

A forest fan tells me rhodes is a 'done deal' apparently. They have very rich owners. I don't think harry has done Austin any favours by challenging (betting) hoilett and philips to score 20 goals this season. Got to be a conflict of interest there and probably explains why they both cut inside looking to shoot instead of crossing. Townsend was doing the same too.

Inviting them to shoot from anywhere.

It's Zamora he should be setting a target of 5 goals this season.

Though i fear this is somewhat optimistic.

It's not only about bringing another stiker. Our midfielders are reluctant to go inside the box to try scoring.

If that's the case it not working as they/we rarely have a shot plus in the heat of a game when your running at a defender I doubt their thinking if I score their is Wonga at the end whatever the bet is I bet it does not compare to what they earn each week so I personally would not worry about it

Rhodes would be a great signing but Blackburn will not sell cheap as did they not pay £12mil for him last season they will want at least that back

At spurs or portsmouth the bet was £20,000 then, and if that's the running story each week, what would you do as a player? Not saying that was the case with philips or hoilett. but harry's got previous on it.
