For me Becchio is a Austin type of forward another target man type same as Zamora, i would rathere a quicker player to play off Austin or Zamora like aj if he could stay fit, Wells from Bradford or Vydra from West Brom that type of player.Comment

First off all we can't have them back unless the teams there on loan to agree it because they have paid fees to have them on loan for the season, Newcastle are more likely to agree a permanent deal over sending remy back.
The most important thing is BOTH players wanted to go.
Becchio has been a goal scorer three seasons on the spin in a poor Leeds side.Comment

The 2 players that would have guaranteed another title winning and promotion season?
Why go the obvious route when we can buy a whole host of midfielders with no pace?
Call yourself a coach?

Sometimes not everything is what it seems. Harry is a stirrer and manipulator. He tells the pair of them for different reasons (maybe Remy too much wages, adel, attitude whatever) they're not wanted this season. Both players are then encouraged to say they want to move on. Harry lets the fans jump on them, job done.First off all we can't have them back unless the teams there on loan to agree it because they have paid fees to have them on loan for the season, Newcastle are more likely to agree a permanent deal over sending remy back.

Then we've had lots of opportunity for overreaction lately! :(
You forgot to mention the bit about us dropping from first to fourth. How much of a reaction to that is an overreaction?
On paper we do seem to have a good squad, so what is the problem? Other than the fact the team is obviously coached to hold possession instead of trying to score goals, that is.Last edited by dsqpr; 30-12-2013, 05:16 AM.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf.
