Very fair points. No problem with Charlie, only Harry having him as the only striker in the squad (!) and so not substituting him yesterday when 1) he was having a very poor game and 2) he was exhausting himself, running his nuts off up front by himself, and could have done with a rest with the Xmas programme coming up.....

Agree with that. With AJ being made of glass, we desperately need another striker to be brought in in January.

He just infuriates me now tbh - how on earth can somebody be so injured prone?! He doesn't even get injured in matches, it just comes to a Saturday and, low & behold, no AJ in the squad. If he were a horse you'd just send him to the glue factory.

Seems like our training consists of how to pass and how to sustain ACL and other injuries. Definitely no shooting in there from what I've seen.

I've got a feeling Zamora might have a bigger part to play than many first thought/prayed . If the ops gone well and he's made a full recovery fully expect harry to give him game time

I know mate I know . Not a very pleasant thought all I was trying to say is I think redknapp still rates him and if the recovery has gone well he will get game time . Never said it was a good thing

I think if Hoilett started vs Leicester, Austin would of got more support although Junior does have terrible decision making like Adel.

Ive questioned this too mate and I have come to the conclusion is he actually injured or is he the type of player that feels he has to be 100% before he pulls his boots on?? at at least Bobby put his body through the pain barrier to play something it appears AJ is unwilling to do

Would love Shane Long but be amazed if he dropped to the Championship.

Austin very poor today, albeit with little service - petulant, off side, taking the ball out of danger, sluggish, sulky, all in all not good.

Quite understandable he had an off day,play on your own upfront week in week out no service,no strike partner,team not playing to his
strengths getting the ball in early.

One striker at home total joke at least put someone upfront with him be it Toilet,Phillips or anyone that can offer some
support in the final third.

We are totally toothless and under the circumstances Austin has been doing a great job.

Redknapp should have sorted this a long time ago and if he doesn't in January we wont go up automatically.
