    going for Crouch... again!

According to sportsdirect.com well be trying to sign Crouch again.

Lets face it, it wouldn't be a transfer window without the mention of the big man

Would be a top signing, the guys is brilliant for his height not just in the air but in the ground aswell. Any chance of someone shooting Zamora?
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Hughes is pretty renowned for being $hit at his job, maybe he'll ask to do a straight swap...

Yeah good hardworker Long, imagine pairing him with Charlie, they'd run the oppo defence into the ground....although it'd prob be one up front

Somewhere in the last week I heard on the media that Tony Pullis will be targeting Peter Crouch for Crystal Palace in January.

For me I think he will not be worth a long contract at his age so 'no' to any QPR move.
There must be another Charlie Austin out there and a player that can link in with Charlie.
Also if HR is keen we certainly don't want to get into a bidding war!

My only concern would be ok he would probably do well in the Champions but if were to get promoted what does he really have to offer? I think every team in the premiership has worked out how to deal with him, for example he's played 79 games for stoke and only scored 19, I've always thought a striker should be looking to score around half of the amount of game they've played.

Crouch is finished imo, brilliant back in his best days.

If HR thinks crouchy can get us over the line this season then could be a good move. If HR's got one eye on the future then no.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

If it was at beginning of season then would agree because think he could help us get promoted. But i think we can start planning Prem Lge and he just ain't good enough.

"Stoke will finance a move for Hannover striker Mame Biram Diouf, 26, in the new year by granting Peter Crouch, 32, a transfer back to QPR."

Crouch would be a great signing, can't believe how lucky we are at present to be able to attract big names in the championship.some fans need to stop and remember the past.
