Odd if he was playing well.

Maybe Mag felt that they needed to go for the win so he made a decision to take him off and change things around a little bit...

He has played 2 international games this week, we have a game on Tuesday plus it's Ramadan.

But I agree, it was another phuck up by Magilton to take him off. He is now just putting on players to keep them happy.

Taarabt was one of the few making forward passes and running into space actually wanting the ball. Looked the most likely of our players to create something.

I would have taken Hogan off and moved Tarrabt out on the left, and brought on buzz early.

                Not rowlands.

he wanted the ball and got it but on too many occasions he tried to beat players when he should have simply passed, I am sure thats what Magilton was partly reffering to with his comments on poor decision making.

lol like HE can talk about poor decision making. The most tactically inept manager we have had since Houston.

Taarabt is rubbish as a team player.

Good skill, works hard, but for crying out loud "Pass the ball!!!!".

Was glad he was taken off.

It's obvious he wants all the glory. No room for that in a team.
                      Be nice to Minty

So the fact we got even worse after he was taken off didn't matter then.

Tarrabt is not a centre forward.
I could shoot harder than him when I played under 9's football.
He should beplayed in his natural pos and that is on the wing.
Also Hogan had a nightmare and I would of taken him off.
For all you cook slaters I don't see any challenges for that left wing place, none at all.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Not sure the substitution was the problem. Frustration increased as the game wore on and the mistakes increased with it. IMO.

Is it not still Ramadan, my understanding was Taarabt was being substitued because he is fasting.
