looks like leicester ony taken allocation of top tier 2000 for saturday, as lower school end on sale to Rs fans poor showing for such an important game, but with it on the box not sure how many we'd take if we were the away team? i'd like to think we'd do better?

I think we only offered them the top tier which they have sold out. As March says all clubs visiting should only get the top tier, we should not be giving the lower tier to away fans.My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

Lower tier sold out to home fans! Should be a good atmosphere unusually for a lunch time ko. Only 500 tickets left again. A good turn out on the w/e before Christmas and a 12:15 start! Come on girls and boys sing yor hearts out on Saturday!oldhoop

Well I remember travelling to Reading for the 12.15 fixture and we took 2,300 fans.Originally posted by dave58 View Postlooks like leicester ony taken allocation of top tier 2000 for saturday, as lower school end on sale to Rs fans poor showing for such an important game, but with it on the box not sure how many we'd take if we were the away team? i'd like to think we'd do better?QPR fan since1987

To be fair, thats near on a derby game its so close and easy to get too. 2000 is not a bad travelling support for an early kick off on the box the game before xmas day.Originally posted by Yousef View PostWell I remember travelling to Reading for the 12.15 fixture and we took 2,300 fans.

I agree! I'd go as far to say lets give them the East paddock leave them sitting in the rain with no roof to amplify any noise they make. but I think league rules say you have to offer 10% of the capacity around 1800 and the paddock wouldn't be enough only about 800 either sideOriginally posted by WCE View PostI think we only offered them the top tier which they have sold out. Can't see wall having both tiers as OB would put a stop to that following their last visit, plus also the chance that the game could mean us being promoted and wall going down. Expected a few seat on the pitch.Originally posted by themodfather View Posthope we only give millwall the top tier too....
we need our fans making noise not away fans on a jolly up.
i think qpr have a policy of if you want both tiers you pay for the lot, and down to the away club to sell em cos they're paying whatever...My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

I honestly believe that if any club asks for two tiers and pays formthe tickets for two teirs they will GET two tiers. Thenonly reason liecester have only got the top imo is cos of the kick off time and its on telly. If it was a normal saturday in a months time they would of asked for top and bottom and got them.

Nah don't agree, would rather only 1,800 away fans then 3,000 away fans.Originally posted by Kevin Mcleod View PostI honestly believe that if any club asks for two tiers and pays formthe tickets for two teirs they will GET two tiers. You might prefer that, but our owners certainly wouldnt. They got Ceaser and other non playing mercernaries wages still to pay. Its business. If they can guarantee ticket sales they will take them.Originally posted by WCE View PostNah don't agree, would rather only 1,800 away fans then 3,000 away fans.
