I would like a nice tight ground ,close to the pitch with no obstructions. The away end however, should be at least 10 yards further away from the pitch , compared to the other three sides

If we're going to be in this development, it's going to be hard to physically expand the stadium , so any capability to increase the capacity needs to be built in at the start. That's why I'm not unduly worried about filling a '40,000' capacity stadium, if we have an upper tier or something similar that can be utilised as increased seating capacity dependant on our progress, but won't leave it looking ridiculous if we aren't there yet. SOme creative designing is definitely going to be needed.
