He's finally been sent out on loan. Banging in goals for fun in the reserves (and scored 1 for us on his debut!) but needs some professional experience imo, so this move will be good for him.

I still think he could be doing a job for the first team but he's just obviously not getting the chance so this is definitely the best thing for him. Like you said he'll be getting some very important professional experience.
