    Deal.
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Could you see him mixing it up with the standard of defender on the premiership next season?
I cant. Another waste of money imho. File under hulse, dj and bothroyd.

I dont know anything about this guy.

            Any good?
Is he good enough for championship/premiership?
            Do we really need him?
Can he offer more than Austin, AJ, Zamora, Chevanton and Hitchcock?
            SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

According to Wiki,Well's has averaged roughly a goal every other game, and in September this year he sustained ankle ligament damage, was out for 2 months only to return this month and score a hat-trick against Coventry on his first game back.Sounds OK to me.

Hard to tell isn't it . Has all the attributes to be a decent striker quick, Mobile, good eye for goal , has certainly bulked up a bit and has age on his side . At 3 million it's not a bad deal

No i do know, totally. But i just think its a big step up from the league hes in to the premiership ( where im certain we will be in a few months), and i just wouldn't want us to take him on, give him hardly any game time and ruin his confidence. Think he needs at least a season in the championship first. Maybe buy him and loan him out when we go up at that money. Just dont want to do a rangers on another promising striker to be honest.

Ha ha must admit we've ruined some players all fair comments mate . For me the buy to loan option is certainly an interesting one . He's just the type of player I'd like to see us in for if that makes sense ??

Yea it does Greg. From what everyone is saying he sounds like a player I would like in the mix at rangers

would definitely benefit from half a season in the championship rather than signing him in the summer. cant recall a striker whos been able to make the league 1 premiership jump
i supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front

With the greatest of respect I wouldn't care about Johnson, as long as he trains well he shouldn't worry. If you get the chance to sign Wells(who I believe is a real player) you can't say no I think

Could be a shrewd signing in my opinion. Decent goalscorer that will get better playing with better players around him.
