    Hoilett

Whilst he is hugely inconsistent and injury prone - I think we missed him on Saturday - hopefully he will be fit on Saturday having missed out to a late fitness test. Having him and Carroll back in contention would make a massive difference in terms of creativity

Agree. I know he isn't rated by most but I like the fact he runs at players and normally something happens. For me o'neil is overrated. Missed his so called superb debut but has been very ordinary every time I have seen him. Infact he had a good chance v charlton to score and it was like a 4 year old girls back pass. Really poor technique and not a player that should be getting in wk in wk out. We have plenty of workman like players but we need more creativity. Spurs got stuffed 6.0 with more possession which defeats the possession lovers on here
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Think he missed one at the end too when Johnson got to the ball before the keeper and laid if back and he put it over

We certainly do miss his goals, his dead ball taking expertise and his sublime pinpoint crosses onto charlies head. Ive deffo missed them.

If he had all those attributes he.d be playing champions league. Come on kevin you're better than this!

Im just trying to say he does absolutely nothing but run into blind alleys. The black mackie, and we all know how many coated that lad off. Why should hoilett get away with it? Not impressed by him whatsoever, hes my scapegoat.

TBF, he has some solid corners, I remember a few great ones in pre season. Obviously with barton and kranjcar, we dont really need him to be good at that. Also remember when he was subbed on and almost immediately assisted charlie. I think you might under rate him a bit, although many here do.

I have always liked o'neil and think he is a quality player who we would miss if he wasn't playing. I also think he is technically very good, very rarely gives the ball away and always plays the simple ball that offers stability that we require sometimes when we're looking to take control of a game.

Hoilett , very un intelligent footballer. He has good dribbling skills but thats it. No goals, no assists, cannot read the game at all, makes terrible decisions and does not pass a real dissapointment as i thought he would be a decent signing, SWP mark 2.

The fact he is injury prone has made him incosistent.

Kranjcar since he arrived has 1 goal and two assists in about 8 games something like that.

What are Hoilett's stats for goals and assists? Probably about the same in a lot more games.

Takes players on, puts in decent crosses and takes long range shots that are on target more often than not, yes he doesn't score a lot of them but he's creating goal scoring opportunities for us...what more do you lot want?
