top notch fans Yeovil, took an undeserved defeat on the chin, be watching their results and hope they can avoid the drop
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

Not too bad as it goes - showed us up that's for sure.

ya I was also shocked at how awful the atmosphere from our lot was. Barely a single chant got going beyond about 10-15 people until after we scored. But chanting after an 80th minute winner is hardly something to gloat about. Bit baffled by it tbh, the roof excuse doesn't work for me.

Exactly this. And as for the roof excuse; rubbish. Echoing what you said, there was never more than a dozen or so people trying to start a song - lack of roof had naff all to do with it.

Sounded like they just wanted to bully female rail staff and sleep ar the football. It's a shame we can't name and shame the real culprit
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Well we did try but nobody else wanted to join in.

Know how ya feel mate - we tried getting a bit going but were simply greeted with silence and funny looks. One numpty behind me retorted "I'll only sing when the players with me something to sing about"

My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

Biggest downside though is the way you don't get an atmosphere from the away fans without a covered terrace.
I thought it only happens in non-league games.

think that end is designed to take another tier and roof, everyone at Yeovil surprised at their meteoric rise from the lower leagues
