Surely it's better scoring 10-15 goals in the Championship by January rather than sitting on the bench at Spurs and scoring under 5! It's 3 months and it will show his desire to make sure he gets on the plane to Brazil. It would be a positive move in my opinion.

Having said all that I'll be amazed if Spurs agree to let him go and I think the OP has had a look at the team news and tried to claim an 'ITK" post by putting two and two together!

I hope your right mate. Defoe is the sort of player who can make something out of nothing, and going by how few chances we're creating, that's exactly what we need. I think if it was up to the player himself he'd join in a heartbeat.

Spurs are close to signing Ciprian Marica if reports today are to be believed he's a striker/winger. Maybe he's more the type of player AVB is looking for to support Soldado

I'm sure we'll score plenty if the midfield would just up the tempo. Green on top form, defence is rock solid and Austin will score if only given the supply. It's just the time it takes from picking up the ball from the back to getting it in there box, is painfully slow. We allow them to get everyone behind the ball then we come to a halt, devoid of ideas. With the quality we have in the middle this SHOULDN'T be to difficult to rectify

He did loads & loads of TV / Film work animal wise .
Spent ages on set as a youngster sitting around for ages , mostly mind numbingly boring TBH
I set up and looked after the fish tank on A Fish called Wanda just before he sold the shop ...... Thats as near to having my name up in lights as I've got !

I also did Jim'll fix it when Bruno was on it, in fact did loads of Jim'll fix it's @ the Bush theatre BUT I really don't want to talk about that anymore :-{
