    Press conference notes

Harry is never on time for a Press conference - I know its not a regulation anymore, but he isnt ever on time. IF he is due on at 9.45am then they may as well tell the viewers 9.55am

    - We are going ok, we have had a good start. Nice to already have a good amount of points at this time this season.
    - Good group of lads, and thats whats important. Not just good players but people who want to be here.
    - Even players that were not so good, are now doing better because they around good players.
    - Even those who was being a problem are even doing better.
    - Good pro's bringing the best out of players essentially.

    The Squad.
    - Injuries are now causing concern
    - 1 Striker Fit
    - Bobby out long tmer
    - AJ also Out (not sure how long)
    - Nedum injured now - Could be a while
    - Junior is missing with a hamstring injury

    Loans to come in
    - Defoe NOT coming impossible.
    - Charlie Needs Help up top
    - Looking out for one or two players
    - New CB and Striker
    - Cesar out for 6-8 weeks, fingers broken. His fingers are a bit of a mess...

Charlie will have to play up top on his on this weekend -

Yeovil have done well to get up. Cup tie atmosphere there because they are playing the team top of the league, so they will be well up for it and they will have a go. We need to play well to win, we are watching the tapes to find out how they play.

We have had a couple tough away games, but tomorrow will be another big test for us.

Totally old fashioned about 'Gay' footballers - Doesn't know any Gay footballers (Do I?????) , doesn't see there being a problem maybe we are causing a problem for ourselves now? but if they are gay they are not an issue...

QPR have cut back, lots of wages gone.
Taken a couple of loans and we have a smaller squad etc..

    Thanks for the update
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Gallas and Adebayor are my guess

So you think they won't be effective at championship level?

Adebayor would get 15 plus if he played regularly and started next week imho.
Oh and Charlie would get 15 as well playing alongside him.

Take what we can get, I guess, but Gallas is old and hasn't played much competitive football. So too is Dunne..... Adebayor I fear hasn't the necessary mental application....

Adebayor wouldn't be fit for weeks. By all accounts has barely trained with Spurs for months. If we could get him fit, and if his head was right (death of brother, renowned for only being bothered when chasing a contract) then there is no doubt he'd be good at this level.
