I guess he's back with us paying his full wages then?

Season long loan, don't they continue with their contribution towards his wages as I assume they weren't paying it all?

Speedy recovery to him. Strained my ACL before and that hurt like buggery. Cant imagine how much tearing it would hurt.

He's our employee, we'll be responsible for his treatment. As we should be.

Gutted for him, he has had a rotten couple of years, regardless of anyone's opinion of his abilities.

I'm pretty sure that if he gets crocked on their watch then they still have to fulfill their loan contract. i.e. Pay the agreed % of his wages until the contract finishes.

Of course, as Deeps says, we are responsible for his treatment.

Done my ACL a few year ago, unreal pain when it goes. It felt like someone sliced my ligaments with a knife, so grim. Had awful physio too so still struggle with it these days.

Very unfortunate! Many athletes never properly recover from an acl tear, let's hope Granero does since he's still our player!

He didn't want to be here & fight so finding it hard to be to bothered if I'm honest. Not a nice injury for anyone but what will be will be..

Wish the fella well and all that, but seeing his name in a thread makes my heart sink... Him and all the other yesterday's men.

Feel sorry for him. Hope he recovers. Not a good thing if we're to get our money back that we paid for him.
