Agree, he has shown glimpses of getting better but generally very average and slow.

agreed. IMO, he is Mr. QPR, himself. Next to Clint Hill. Not bad for an Aregentinian, I guess..
Also, we still need a bit continuity in the squad.

Cos Tony loves Faurlin, he's been pretty clear about that. I don't think Harry shares Tony's love for Faurlin and I agree with a few other posters on here that he hasn't been the same player since the injury. I'd be amazed if he's still here at the end of the next transfer window!

I like Faurlin and watching him play is a pleasure. He may not be at his best yet, however, he is improving all the time. Its a fact that he may find it more difficult to get in the team with our latest recruits. However, we need a big and good squad to keep the momentum going and it looks like we have one. Well done to HR and Tony and his board. It seems quite clear now that lessons were learned from last season. Personally, I think we have a good base for a solid Premier team, fingers cross that we go up.

Faurlin was one of my favourite players but since his injury he's never been the same and unfortunately may never be.
Allied to the new additions, his days look numbered unless he recaptures his old form

I like faurlins temperament and he did well for qpr..but ive never thought of him as a top player....lower prem at best before injury.

That is exactly true now a few are back peddling. He was never that good in the first place and benefitted hugely from playing alongside Shaun Derry the year we went up

As ever, not as good as people said he was after one of his best games (eg Spurs away last October) but not as bad as people are making him out to be right now.

People very often blinded by the last few games someone has played. The less regularly someone plays (and Faurlin has been in and out of the side for a year now) the more skewed perceptions of their ability will become. This works both ways of course - look at the ludicrous Tom Hitchcock worshipping after 8 minutes and one tap in.
