    Jordan Rhodes

Good player, his finishing against Bolton was premier league quality.

I was hoping that he would be playing in the premier league to weaken blackburn.

Wigan offering 6m plus add on's I'd be gutted if he is still plying his trade in the championship.

Surely it's worth us testing the water with 7m, because if harry did have 6m for a so called bid for a striker then surely rhodes would be good value and would be a superb partner for Austin
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

No way Blackburn let him go for that. One journo saying no offers have been made despite what Sky say.

blackburn paid £7 mill for him last season. so i doubt they would accept less than £10 mill. Would be a good signing for us i agree!!

Surprised a Prem club hasn't come in for him yet to be honest. I think he would be a steal at even £10 mil, just keeps getting better and better.

Blackburn paid £8m. There is no way they would let him go for less.

The bloke is PL class already in my opinion. Would be a stellar signing !

Unfortunately that was one that got away as Hughes and Rigg thought it would be better to sign some overpriced space-cadets from places afar rather than a young, promising British striker.

                  Thanks again pube-head.........

Yea Hughes and Rigg didn't listen to Ted. I remember at the time Ted saying Hughes was the manager and knew best. How wrong can you be.

I gotta say I'm surprised when Wigan agreed to sell McCarthy for almost £13 million, they would knock on blackburn's door aghain with a £10m bid.......

They would if the price was 'right',

& EVERYBODY has a 'right' price.

                            the same

the same scout that informed about austin and phillips has suggsested to me he feels that if we return to the prem harry will buy for ten million so we have four brilliant youngsters that can rip teams apart

now give me respect because i was one of the people who created the redknapp interest by using this message board to bring in arry boy

AND I WASNT WRONG HE IS UP THERE WITH BILL SHANKLEY,BRIAN CLOUGH,DON REVIE SIR ALEX FERGUSION,SIR BOBBY ROBSON,AND HES GOT ANOTHER TEN SEASONS IN HIM YET HE CAN GO ON TO HE IS 85 YEARS OF AGE MY BOY ARRY
