Harry wants a decision form Baird

Harry Redknapp has told Chris Baird to make up his mind whether he wants to join QPR.

Baird, 31, has been training with Rangers and manager Redknapp expected to sign him several weeks ago: http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/q...on-from-baird?

          My sentiments exactly.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I hate it when players use us, he don't want to play for QPR otherwise he would have signed.

Why should we be second best?

Okay... if he does say "Yes" tomorrow, offer him less than we agreed. Take it or leave it!

He could've been in the squad by now if he really wanted to play for us. By stalling, he's creating the impression he's a mercenary, and we certainly don't need that after shipping loads out already.

The guy's 31 and currently unemployed. It's not like he can afford to be that choosy.

Exactly why I said offer him less now.

If he doesn't sign, charge him for the training.

Perhaps he'll get offers from Bolton, Blackburn, Middlesbrough and Wigan for less money. Will serve him right.

Not surprised. if you offer championship wages to epl players they may want to consider all options before signing - that is only human nature.

but at least if Harry wants them it is a safe bet they are not $hit like last years wasters.

He's doing what any player would do in his situation. Hope he signs on, we need his versatility.
