He was talking about Palace needing goals and how they brought it Chermake (Spelling??) and were looking to get Johnson. It sounded like he was talking about present tense rather then past to me mate

I can understand why a player would be tempted to play in the Premier League, but Johnson owes us for sticking by him when he was injured for almost the entire season last year. I'm confident he'll stay because I doubt Palace will offer him higher wages and I think everyone is expecting them to get relegated this season. Also it's worth remembering that if something was going to happen then I doubt Harry would've played him today

I'll be surprised if any of them go because I can't see Harry and Tony allowing them to after we've made such a good start to them. Harry wants to strengthen the team not weaken it

Bond has just said he's not sure Barton will be with us after Monday and Hoilett to Stoke rumour keeps going. Their both playing very well and would both jump at a chance to play in the prem.

Agree- we would be made to let them go. But to a certain extent I think it's out of our hands as to whether or not Barton stays or goes and the same with Hoilett if someone is willing to meet his release clause. Stoke have spent very little this summer so far and Hughes will have some money burning a hole in his pocket.
