harry said spurs were thin on numbers when he had six international midfielders in the reserves. its what harry always says. unless players go out we have more than enough cover in every single position bar centre forward. Agree another centre half wd be nice but we wd probably do OK without.

Much prefer Clint at centre half, he is no left back and we have Traore and the Korean at left black. Right back we have Simpson and don't we still have Young? Plus Onouha can play there and the young lad out on loan.

Young seems to have vanished into thin air, and you would seriously move our best CB out of position because you think we have more than enough?

I'm just saying if needs be. Much better (imho) to have a smaller, close-nit, versatile squad than what we had last year which was a massive squad, different camps, loads of players not involved. No point clearing out huge numbers if we just bring more in to bulk up the squad. Only worth signing someone (again imho) if they improve the first team.

I just feel we need 3 keepers, 2 for each outfield position, plus an additional CB and CM. That's only a squad of 25 based on 9-9-4. If we lost Ned and Simpson we would be ruined.
