Yep, especially in this transfers market. The prices are crazyOriginally posted by DeepcutHoop View PostAt this point in the transfer window, and for a player who has started the season like he has, it's probably the least they should be asking.
I still think QPR should go for Billy Sharp, would be brilliant hereUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

3 Million is actually quite good if he is scoring in League 1. Im thinking along the lines of how much Rhodes cost...
Good players cost money. Its probably add ons as well...
Not to forget that we have lots of money and clubs will exploit that.

Well a couple more mills to what we rumoured to offer Nahki-Wells is worth it to get Deeney. But you maybe right in they may want even more than the 5-6 millsOriginally posted by qpr4life View PostDeeney IMO is worth around 5-6million at least currently. But I can imagine he would go for even more in todays market.'The problem with quotes on the internet is you don't know if they are authentic' - Abraham Lincoln

1.5 to 2 million tops.Originally posted by Hove Ranger View Post£3 million for an unproven League 1 player
Not so keen at that price. Austin cost £4.5 mill and was one of the top scorers in the championship last season. Not doubting this guys talent but would be disappointed to pay that sort of price!!
Mackie went for 1 million and has done more.
DJ & Betty we let go for nothing.
