Not really, Austin has played at League 1 with Swindon for 2 years and then with Burnley since 2011 scoring over a goal every 2 games, Gayle only played for Peterboroough in the Champs since Jan, and before that he was pretty much playing non-league.

Think they are both 24 too.

Puncheon has hardly fulfilled his potential up til now as for Gayle on time will tell but anyone with an ounce of sense would take Phillips and Austin over those two.
