I mentioned his name on Saturday and I am suprised he has not been mentioned on here before.

We should be forgetting the likes of Dafoe and Parker and the like, big money earners, and be looking at hard working Championship players with pedigree and known form.

Ross McCormack fits this bill nicely. I am already happy with AJ and Charlie but it's AJ's injury record that concerns me. Ross McCormack will last the majority of the season and scare the s**t out of our rivals defences!

I'm sure we could offer him what it takes to prise him away without breaking the bank.

In my opinion he would be a far better proposition than some of the stellar signings mentioned ...

He would also be one for the future as against a player just for here and now ..

We can always bring players in on loan to do the here and now side of things and then give them back - job done
