Oh hes no zaha but then zaha turned into a very good young player because he started for palace in the championship. Hitchcock deserves a chance imo. Yeah maybe bring him off the bench a few more times but if he continues to perform the way he did saturday he would more than deserve a start.Top Scorers 2018/2019

Yep - I was there...Originally posted by OneEyedWilly View PostWas anyone at the game that can report his overall performance apart from the goal?
He laid the ball of once very well, Chased the ball down like any hungry player and put himself about doing so.
And was in the right place for the goal...
Didnt do a great deal in that terms, but he scored a massive goal

Things can get taken well out proportion..Originally posted by MYU View PostWhat more do we fans want?
As long as he wants to be here and score goals... he'll have every QPR fan behind him.
IMO - Although the lad did well and scored the winner.. I personally feel BZ offers more at this stage for us and that Tommy will struggle to feature.

He really wasnt on that longI would have him on the bench then and use him like we did again - coming on when things look like they need an injection of energy up top.Originally posted by qpr4life View PostYep - I was there...

I'm not saying Bobby don't, I wouldn't start Tommy because it's far too soon.Originally posted by qpr4life View PostThings can get taken well out proportion..

We have to gently bring him in, otherwise it could all go wrong.
Subs is the best place to start.

Agree- make use of him whilst our numbers are down.Originally posted by Felt View PostBar disaster with our incomings I'd expect him to go out on loan again. He's at the age where he needs games and he's not going to get them here.
Send him to a League 1 club where he can play week in week out and he'll come back a far better player.

Sounds a good plan. Maybe give him 20 minutes if the game pans out that way. TBH if people are looking for young hungry players then starting with the youth team makes more sense than spending millions on prospects.Originally posted by OneEyedWilly View PostI would have him on the bench then and use him like we did again - coming on when things look like they need an injection of energy up top.
