That's harshUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Pretty sure that if his wages would have reduced due to relegation, then it would have been a very clear part of his contract, not just sprung upon him.
As for loyalty, players are loyal if they stay. If they want to go and play for someone else, then that is absolutely fine in my book, as long as they understand that if their pay is reduced, it is precisely because other teams don't think they are worth it. Absolutely no way should they be allowed to leave on the condition that QPR fund any shortfall. If they want the money, then stay and earn it and stop whingeing about it.

You need to wake up young manOriginally posted by LewisQPR View PostHe could still got of got into the World Cup if he nagged 20-30 goals in championship as they know what he can do! So he could if been loyal and took a pay cut and stated with us! Cesar has stated that he doesn't mind staying at QPR and I still think he could get the jersey for the works cup even playing championship
Why do you think Cesar doesn't mind staying with us suddenly? I'll tell you why. He's earning mega money here at Rangers and every club he's spoken to this summer has pulled out because of his wage demands. If anyone needs to be sold quickly it's Cesar the mercenary.

I would have preferred Remy to stay becuase he would be capable of scoring almost every time he played in the Championship like Messi and Ronaldo do in La Liga. However, being World Cup year he probably needs to be in the top flight.
As for taking a pay cut for the season to stay at QPR, perhaps he would if all the other playwers were asked to as well. In his defence he probably did more than most players to try and keep QPR up.

I thi k that clause like most others has a time limit set to it. Fellaini's has now passedOriginally posted by Brian Wilson View PostI think he has a buy out clause for 8 million so presumably we wont get more than that no matter how well he plays
Everton boss Roberto Martinez 'celebrates' the release clause expiring in midfielder Marouane Fellaini's contract.
And if it doesnt or if QPR have agree a future fee of £6.5M with Newcastle, then seriously, Fernandes & co do not have a clue about running a football club.

That could easily be his lawyers opening line in any court case regarding his rape charge.....Originally posted by DouDou_87 View PostHis groin is in pieces. Missed so many games for Marseille before he joined us and then missed half of our games too.
They're paying his wages and giving us £2m for the pleasure.
Great bit of business.

what is a fact stanisman is that you are correct that there is a time limit regarding remys transfer release fee. the fee is 8mil and that is only valid for this current window.
i did also read somewhere (maybe on the newcasle official that they have a right to buy at the end of next season for 6.5 mil. so we have probably received 1.5 mil loan payment for this current year.nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐

I do not think there is any possibility that Remy would have been able to play more than 50% of the games in the Championship. He clearly has injury problems. We all thought that the "injury" story was made up because he did not want to play for the Club. We are now learning that it isn't. He hasn't played since May. He has only done very light training and it appears that he has an injury which will keep him out until September or October. Since he has not played, we can only assume that this is a recurring injury. I don't think this would have worked for us (and never did). This is without even mentioning his personal problems.
This story is beginning to remind me of Diakite.

Never really played full seasons at Marseille because of injuries.
On his day he is lethal, and if fit will score a lot of goals for Newcastle.
