I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it! -

In fairness though, they do pay you a bit more than QPR pay Zamora. So it's understandable. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

I dont really agree with booing your own players but I can understand why it is done sometimes i.e. Bosingwa.
When Zamora was fit, he was a very useful player, but he is clearly unfit now and not likely to ever be 100% again.
I think Redknapp should not select Zamora and therefore avaoid having him booed. Perhaps the booing os because the fans what to see Austin playing instead.
Hopefully, QPR will sign other strikers in the next week or so and spare us having to watch Zamora.
Zamora reminds me too much of that other 'injured has been' striker QPR signed for a large fee and big wages back in the mid 90s, anyone remember his *name?
* his initals are the same as the useless manager who signed Zamora!Comment

Nah but booed Leigertwood which many did and as a result left the club
Why should people sit there and be quite not expressing there disgust at a lazy player who we know aint cutting it and not putting in the effort
Not right to boo but only in extreme circumstances unless you want to sit there happy in the stands watching a player who is mugging the club off and usComment

Zamora deserves every bit of stick he gets , lazy good for nothing cart horse. Actually don't think he is good enough for this level.Comment

Well if Bobby got his finger out and worked & tried a bit harder jumped when the ball comes in the air near him, and put in a descent shift maybe he wouldn't get stick? Too lazy and his words not mine " I don't like football, I only play for the money"Comment

You act like you're snow white, yet the truth of the matter is you're a complete snob!
Always talking down to a fellow Ranger!
I'd actually say the majority of QPR fans ARE working class, I don't know what your job is but does it matter what either of us do?
You do tend to suit the Fulham fan bracket, as you come across as a complete **** Jockey. (mods it wouldn't allow the word Disc)?
At the end of the day I just come on this board to give a footballing opinion, you come on here to check fans spelling and grammer.
No need for a smart #### comment because I am only stating a few facts so lets leave it there.
You're welcome to put me on your ignore list as I want to discuss footballing matters with real football fans.I played sunday league football today.

This!A fit Zamora is a very decent player. Unfortunatley, the bloke seems to be a near on raspberry these days, to the point he looks uncomfortable running! Credit for him trying to play through the pain barrier last season when he was visible hurt & we had limited options up top, but I think HR needs to realise the bloke doesn't seem upto it these days, this hip op he seemingly avoided this summer looks like it really is required!
Getting on Zamora's back ain't guna help anybody. It's like a broken pencil.... pointless.Comment

Dunno about that mate, I watched the team train out here a few months back and Zamora is crocked, the bloke was grimacing even at a stretch or a light jog. I really don't understand why he wasn't sent packing for his op as soon as we were relegated. We might have had a fit Zamora back for the 2nd half of the season. Seems like Zamora and the club are resigned to nursing him through another season before he retires! His body language shows no interest and coupled with little effort hence why the fans jump on his back. I said on Saturday about Charlie Austins movement and effort and commented that you wouldn't get that work rate from Zamora. There was and instance when AJ ran down the right side of the away end (attacked the left wing) and Austin ran 40 yards to get into the box, his movement was excellent and he zig-zagged and peeled off his marker only for their defender to make a lunging tackle to stop the cross from AJ. It had a goal written all over it if the pass was completed but you can bet your bottom dollar Zamora wouldn't of made it to the edge of the box let alone lose his marker like Austin did. We all saw against Sheffield Wednesday his work rate and effort. He won one header just before he went off, yet Austin looked like he did more and was more of a nuisance in the first 3 mins of him coming on.
If his body language made him look like he gave a sh1t then maybe he wouldn't come under fire.
Even the pictures on the BBC showed him jumping off the bus, hood over his face and ran past the fans at Huddersfield, where as Harry and others all stopped for a few autographs!Comment
