I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the mostComment

can only say what i saw yesterday , but i found them to be quite a good bunch , didnt see any of the bullying you come to expect off yorkshire clubs , and we spoke to a few on the train and they were all good as gold, and what i saw of Huddersfield ( which wasnt a lot, the Head of Steam pub , town square etc,it didnt look the slum area i was expectingRangers,Scooters ,Tunes and TrainersComment

In fairness to em some valid points raised on that thread; namely the attitude we seem to have regards anywhere oop north. I myself am guilty of thinking anywhere oop there is a slum (in fairness a few places I've been to up there really are, ie Wigan) - but Huddersfield was actually a pretty nice area from what I saw. Even had some electricity & cars in certain areas. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

Must admit the Huddlesfield fans do have a point we do have some thick ***** following us at away games (its one of the main reasons I stopped following us away).
I find it embarrassing to stereo type northerners. Watched a brilliant documentary on Huddlesfield recently, maybe being an engineer I have an appreciation of the industrial north but I find the history of these big northern towns fascinating.
We talk about shitholes but Rangers is based in an area over run by immigrants and most of us have moved out so we are not surrounded by it (though off course the NIMBY fans on here would never admit it).Comment

it is interesting....apparently, there was this guy called Sir Hudders and he had a field....the rest is historyMust admit the Huddlesfield fans do have a point we do have some thick ***** following us at away games (its one of the main reasons I stopped following us away).

Make you right fella. I got into a rant with some jerk on twitter yesterday. Accused me of knowing nothing and said that they should of battered us. Then went on to say how would I know what i was talking about or what the game was like if I weren't there. When I sent him a picture of my ticket he went all quiet. Turns out he listened to it on the radio. Still adamant he knew he was right and knew best. What a mug. As for the area, what sh1t hole. My toilets nicer after I've dropped a load in it.Comment

Can't stand northerners. Hate everything about them. Dirty, scrounging, lazy uneducated filth the lot of them.
Happy living in their 5h1t hole flats funded by us, doing nothing each day apart from watching Jeremy Kyle, smoking cheap weed and drinking beer that's flatter than a witches t1t.
My idea of sheer hell, yet somehow they seem to take pride in their pathetic little towns and thier boring life's.
I'd rather lick a cows ar5e than have to live anywhere north of Barnet. The north of England is well and truely the ar5e hole of the UKComment

I can assure you there is a fair share of places South of Barnet which can rival any northern shitholeCan't stand northerners. Hate everything about them. Dirty, scrounging, lazy uneducated filth the lot of them.

How some can say Huddersfield is a nice area shocks me. You can be a hero for a day but I'd like to see you living there. Been there once and it's a proper dive. I live in a posh area of Surrey so it's a massive come down for me. I know Shepherds Bush isn't great but you are only around the corner to Chiswick ie civilisation where as in Huddersfield you have Bradford and leeds calling. I also accept why they hate us as jealousy is natural. Very few skilled jobs and very low pay. Yes you can have a 5 bedroom house but your view will be of a bordered up warehouseI played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!Comment
