Well. If those "Chinese whispers" are true...... Then he will be covered by the DDO..... So we won't hear a thing about it.

              Ok. I just jest.

But if, for example, Diakite has a recognised disability such as has been mooted at various times - Then he is covered by government legislation (DDA & DDO). Which, for example, means that his disability may not be publicly disclosed - unless he chooses to do so.

He is also entitled to all sorts of other things such as a relative standard of remuneration......

An Act to make it unlawful to discriminate against disabled persons in connection with employment, the provision of goods, facilities and services or the disposal or management of premises; to make provision about the employment of disabled persons; and to establish a National Disability Council.

Can't accuse him of not giving a proper answer though.

If he does have a recognised disability all we need to do to consider reasonable adjustments to support him (cant think of what can be offered to a pro footballer suppose depends on his condition) if it is determined that there is noting which we can do to aid him and he remains unfit for work then its a capability (regular and effective service) issue which would allow to dismiss.

How long is left on his contract???

Harry probably wants him to go, Diakite said himself in an interview that he doesn't mind staying but will go if he has to. So he's probably looking for a new club, I reckon Stoke will go for him towards the end of the window.
"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

Very interesting that Hughes has not been back to QPR to pick up any of his old players which says it all really. Hes known elsewhere for picking up his old players

Assuming the discussed, hypothetical scenario - I'd imagine those would be exactly the type of questions that the QPR legal team would be asking!

Sod that. I'd be asking why the hell he insists on pulling his shorts up every few seconds.
