It can be a sensitive subject but I will say British players can really help. However there's not a problem with players from abroad, you need a good mix, alot of players from abroad for me (old fashioned) doesn't work well

Republic of Ireland is not part of the British Isles.....so they MUST be foreign by definition, so not really pedantic!
