Nuff said, I had losted faith in HR's coaching ability and didn't believe he realised it was a fault in himself, after he brought in SM, it showed he was in total control of all aspects of growing the club, I think we will kick butt over the next few years, an infrastructure is being put in place.

I think HR will move upstairs in the next 24 mnths, I am not sure Sm is manager material but can be the mainstay as managers come and go, he could put together an infrastructure right through out the club.
