Biggest problem I have with him is as a defender - and that's all down to the fact he is 100% left footed. He tries to move his body round the ball or turn the wrong way simply because his right foot is just for standing on. It's ok for someone like Adel to play a pass with the outside of his foot because it's stronger than his standing foot becuase he doesn't (often) do it in his own third of the pitch but Armband gets found out time and time again for having no ability whatsoever in his weak foot. And to think he survived at Arsenal under Wenger for that long - shocking

Yer compare Traore's attitude to that of someone like Jamie Mackie who was crying after he scored the goal against City thinking he had kept us up. One of them is a model pro.

Personally thought Traore could do a job next season but so can Yun (dare I say Yun can do a better job too) Traore is good at attacking, passing but can't defend for toffee.

I had this bad feeling he would do okay in the Championship(on high wages for this league) & then if we go back up he would be first choice & get caught out again for his poor defending

We're much better him going & 1.5m is a good sum too

One of the disruptive players, very injury prone and big friend of Tarrabt. Add to that he lacks heart and cant actually defend so 1.5 million ( if true) is daylight robbery and we should be bitting their hands off, great business.
