I think any name which is referring to a persons skin colour is classed a racist nowadays. "Maltesser head" and as matty put "vanilla face" are a form of racism. Calling harry "meltface" doesn’t refer to the colour of his skin, so is perfectly acceptable (kind of).
Incidently, i thought they called people "50p head", because every time they head the ball it would seem to go in a different direction than what they meant.
im not one of the PC brigade though, just stating my interpretation of it.Comment

I do not condone racism in any form.... but if the mans head didn't so closely resemble a malteser nobody would call him it, I mean its incredibly round and shiny
I understand why people are saying its a racist term but if i have used it, it has never been said with racism in mindComment

Malteser head is a very weak racial insult if it is one, and one I remember from school years ago, and never with a nasty element to it, just childish.
Never heard used by anyone over 12 though....Comment
