Did he make his one appearance for England when McClaren was in charge?

              Effective?

Also not many servants on tens of thousands of pounds a week.

Frankly, he needs to start earning it, because he's not got close to doing that yet.

                Lets disect your last post

(the way he's badmouthed and belittled us.)

answer, has never badmouthed the club.

(I hope you're right, but it makes you wonder at anyone actually celebrating his return to us,)

answer, because he is probably the best midfielder we have.

(He needs to get his head down, do his time in the ressies and on the bench gratefully and earn his rewards,)

                answer, agree with that.

(firstly getting back into a hooped shirt, and then getting the support of the fans.)

answer, done that today and some are on his side already.

(he needs to do it while keeping his mouth and his Twitter feed shut.)

answer, lead by example. i take it you dont support tony fernendes either?

(I might get behind him at that stage.)

just get behind him for the the good of the club. if he acts up like bosingwa and cisse then you can #### him off all you want. until then back the guy.
I'm not going to boo him, or wish bad performances on him, I'm not that childish.

I will cheer if he scores, and I'll praise good performances.

I'd much prefer him away from the club permanently, but if he stays, I hope he's as good as people think he is.

Hope he does play for us. Been there done it in the championship. Infinitely better than Derry and Henry, and contrary to many comments, when he gets on the pitch he is anything but billy big b011ox and will give his all to win his own battle on the pitch.

Where to? The only club showing interest is Marseille and it doesn't sound like he is going there.
