last season was a washout and this season has started the same so dont feel too lucky at the moment......ask me again when we get promoted, which with the wages we pay and the squad we have should be reachable. Unfortunately the squad is an unbalanced mercenary collection of under performing billy big timers managed by a second rate manager and led by an egotistical arrogant pair of ******s....so may be a while

we have got some v valuable players for a club of our current size - now the challenge is to turn that into a team that is more than the sum of its parts rather than less, as it has been for much of this season so far.

We could discuss Routledge's value all day long. Lets say 2 million for arguments sake.

What other team that has a 13,000 average crowd attendance, have the value of players we have?

That question not unsurprisingly, still not been answered.

Not sure what the point of the question is. The only thing that matters are points on the table. Of which we don't have enough. Preston, Doncaster and Blackpool all have lower averages than us and have more points. A lot more clubs have players of lower value and are hgher in the league.

But hey if you're happy to go about about how expensive our players are whilst we struggle to stay out of the bottom third. Then knock yourself out

Here we go again. Last season you said the team were good enough you were told they weren't. You were wrong and others were right.

I get the feeling with your posts that most of what you say/ask you are doing to gain agreement so you provide required feedback to your contacts at the club. Almost in a hey guys you're doing a great job look what it says on my board, kinda way. Sorry, but it's the way it comes across to me

Buzsacky 3 million?

Routledge 3 million?

Then, what a great job on the loans Tarrabt, Simpson, and Watson muct be worth 10 million between them?

I do stand to be corrected, but thats not bad for a team that get an average of 13,000 through the turnstiles? What other club that gets those kind of crowds, can match the worth of our players?

You're right that one man was Paladini. He is the constant in the numerous squad changes and managers we had last season. He is holding us back. We stand a better chance of promotion with him removed from that position and replaced by someone who knows what they're doing.

Think your valuations are way of the mark no team in their right mind would pay £10 million for those 3. Buzsaky is off the pace and returning from 2 serious injuries you'd be lucky to get a million for him.

Watson, Taarabt & Simpson would go for about £6 million tops for the lot. A player is worth what a team is prepared to pay for them not what they are valued at.

Completely agree. I remember last season people were screaming for us to spend £3m on Ben Watson but he was sold for just £2m. At the time I argued with people will spend more on a player when he is only worth what we or any other club are prepared to pay for him.

With Watson's valuation in mind how is Buzsaky worth a £1m more?
