Just listened to the interview (don't think it downloaded before) and Harry actually says an agreement has been made with Celtic. He doesn't say anything about an agreement being made with Hooper. He does say that he hasn't really been involved in the discussions (but I am sure he knows what is going on).

Someone somewhere is putting it about that he is off to Norwich and let the price drift and just backed them off the boards, They were also long odds on earlier and we drifted tto odds against so if you bet both teams at decent odds you still earn dough. seems certsin us or norwich so cover both bases and you have had it off...
