Lets be honest, Norwich went up same time as we did, went about it totally differently, with many of us (me included) thinking they had only signed donkeys and would go straight down. Hooper is a major coup for us and its amazing we can out-gun a prem team in this way (hardly ever happens these days) but even this doesn't change the fact that Norwich are in the only league that now matters, and we aren't. Norwich might be jealous of many clubs for all I know, but prob not us...

Just going to post my bit on what ive heard, believe it dont, any question you can message me, if talks go well it will be announced tonight, im not sure as to where the talks are being done. if its tony doing the talks, it will be done via, phone and skype ect. if its PB and HR he will be in london for the talks. 3 year contract, 40k a week, no more. meets players wage demand im told. To be honest iam not as convinced as many on here that he is the top striker many think, maybe do a job in the Champ but not Prem class hence the lack of takers. Dragged on too long give him an ultimatum and if no move on.

He's better than we could reasonably expect to get in our position. His strike rate is second to none. It would be a great signing.

I too assume Norwich will be jolted into action by us having a bid accepted, but we'll see.
