Not bad at all. Unfortunately, a number of people aren't interested. They'd rather stay put with a crowd of 10-12kOriginally posted by lidaker View PostThis arena has just been built where I live in Stockholm, Sweden.
I'm sure it could work very well for a club such as QPR. It has two tiers, a retractable roof, can be used for concerts and events, tennis, athletics, whatever, but still has the distinct feeling of a football stadium. The capacity is around 30,000 for football matches.
Check it out
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I'd be giving Brighton a swerve then. Going based on your criteria above, when / if we ever reached the champions league, where would you source the jack an Danny required for them games ?Originally posted by Factamondo View Post

Build it & they will comeUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

This. The whole reason why Phil Beard was employedOriginally posted by QPR Richard View PostIt's pointless building a new stadium that'll be empty for 340 days a year. That's why it has to be multi-purpose so the design may not be to everyone's taste.
I'm expecting boxing, concerts etc & hoping for it tooUnder Les Ferdinand:

Have a feeling the new stadium will take a lot of business from the exel centre and the 02 arena.Originally posted by qpr View PostThis. The whole reason why Phil Beard was employed

I know , lets have a two tiered stadium , with about 18500 seats ( because weve only got 13000 matchgoing fans ) ,put it slap bang in the middle of our manor ,Shepherds Bush, say, in between South Africa and Ellerslie roads , call one end the Loft ( and not give it to family fans only ) have all manor of decent pubs down the Uxbridge RD and call the place ................wait for it .................
Loftus Rd the home of QPR , London class ,English football
Radical idea .i know , but it might catch on...............Rangers,Scooters ,Tunes and Trainers
