Sunday Mirror says that WBA are poised to loan him coz they are currently playing a Centre Back at Left Back. Villa don't want to sell coz they want the fall back of recalling him if need be. He's slipped down their pecking order now that they've signed Stephen Warnock. He'd definately be a huge asset to QPR!

Why sign Shorey when you've just signed Joe Mattock and already have Marek Cech?

Yes he is a better player than either of them but left back isn't a problem area for WBA.
