Did we actually submit a bid for him and Spurs rejected it? I am sure Harry wants him. Quite surprised of the lack of any news about him since Spurs transfer listed him.

Think this one could be a last minute thing. In all farness to Townsend, he'll want to wait for the best possible offer to come in and Spurs will hold out for the best possible price.
Come August 31st they could both see us as a good option.
I'm just hoping Cardiff, Swansea, Palace or West Ham don't suddenly realise how good he is and show an interest. -
i dunno but if i was to bet on it i think harry would want to make a bid for him because he dropped into an incredibly difficult situation last year and delivered in every game so he is obviously a good player with a good attitude that he rates. but like a lot of clubs spurs wait to the last minute because they dont need to rush. but i think he would come back and he seems to like tharry and the club well enough.Comment

Jesus, Andros is the new Mesiah! He was pretty awful on loan everywhere else bar us and even with us he proved he's got a lot to learn. If was as good as you lot make out would Spurs offload him?Comment

Andros started out really well. I think with the right training he can become a good player but I found him to be quite a selfish player in the end.
That was half of our problem last year... We had hoilett, Townsend, tarrabt all trying to do everything themselvesComment

Oh dear, He had to be "selfish" or I would rather say; make things happen on his own. Nobody else could even speak to each other. Selfish,my word...
If we can get him and build a team around him these season, we can judge him for being selfish or not.QPR

Mr Townsend after getting bombarded with new twitter profile pics of him in spurs gear has still not changed it, after repeatedly saying he will change it lol.Comment

That's about right. I think Townsend is more than good enough for the Championship, but he was limited at Prem level, and was a little predictable. He stood out in a terrible team, though, along with Remy.
We probably won't get him, more likely he'll be at a bottom half Prem team.Comment

Hopefully the lack of news is a good thing. He hasn`t said no, and there hasn`t been a lot of reported interest from other clubs. Maybe his betting misconduct is our blessing.Comment

Not moaning, just an observation.
He might become a hell of a player. Spurs obviously aren't convinced. Either way he would be very useful at Champo level.Comment
