Look at Norwich Southamton and Swansea ,all signing one or 2 decent players for 10 -15 mil , just adding to the group .

no , point being if we were to offer anyone that type of money a young ,top, prospect should be 1st.

why? they'll not have the motivation, same as the some older players

true. plenty of younger players with dodgy attitudes about. the trick is to find good players whatever their ages and upgrade the squad.

plus like i said bring in parker and the club could let go a couple of cms because he can replace them.

say that is diakite and mbia - what are they on maybe £100k for the two of em? so parker on £65k replacing them improves the team and saves money too.

because he is very good at tackles, interceptions, retaining posession, finding team mates, showing for the ball, should be england captain really.

Makes sense to me zeb. Spot on about finding players, good and bad in all age groups

i hope not. he isn't worth half that any more...

we need to move away from hollywood signings. if we end up with courch & parker on high wages as our 'big' signings we will struggle
