I've just seen who is supposedly trying to buy the fools, tis fate i tell you ..... the bloke who wants to buy them owns an NFL franchise team too:pleasantsuprise:....
guess what they called?!!!.........................The Jacksonville Jaguars!!!...the statue must stay:pleasantsuprise: and re-naming has to happen.

Last night on talksport they had some guy come on and talk about this who knew the guy trying to buy Fulham and who owns the Jacksonville. Well turns out he is actually Pakistani not and American. He bought the Jacksonvilles and faced huge opposition as given he was not American and from Pakistan Americans automatically assumed he was Al Quada

By all accounts he has won the fans over however the Jacksonvilles were described as (you might want to sit down) a club with a ground which is to big for them and that they have quite poor support and attendances hence why they have agreed to play one game a year at Wembley for the next few years in an effort to drive up publicity. Sounds like a match made in heaven

It's a hell of a tache tbf.

It'll be interesting to see how this pans out. Also interesting that they are sold with virtually no debts. For all his faults Fayed seems to be leaving Fulham in a fairly healthy state, which I would imagine very few of us would have predicted.
