It sounds like Julio is on the verge of joining Napoli on loan for a season, which suggests to me that we want him back if we were to bounce straight back up.

I think the clubs have only shown interest. No sure if anybody has come in with an actual offer.

I reckon you're probably right. I'm sure Cesar will still leave, he doesn't want to be stuck in the Championship in a World Cup year. Cesar and his agent are probably just biding their time for the best offer!

How long does he have left on his contract. If he signed for two years a loan kind of makes sense as we would get rid of his wages one way or the other next season plus we get a loan fee for this season to soften the blow

4 years. Not sure if there is a get out clause, because relegation was not being considered when he came.
