Because that would be a massive gamble. Look at the players that got us promoted in the first place, that should tell you everything you need about the players Harry is going after.

Watford had shed load of players from abroad. Finished 3rd, narrowly missing out on autos. Don't dismiss foreign players. Read an article by a Spanish football journalist saying there's loads of quality players playing in Spanish second division and reserve teams just Spain are flooded with top quality players they don't all get a chance. Our scouts should be taking advantage.
