I think they must have had an agreement with Anzhi that Samba could go back at the end of the season. I didn't get the impression that Samba was keen. The whole thing was strange. Samba suddenly left training without telling Anzhi and appeared at QPR.

I was pleased that Harry did not deal with anything other than fact. Samba gone, does not know what is happening with Joey etc.

Sanba gone?? Hm, I didnīt expect that one really. I donīt think he will return to Anzi. He was homesick and signed for us. The rest is history.

People have moaned about Harry, but the only person he signed who did not work out was Samba and that wasn't really his fault because we all thought he was a great signing at the moment. However this seems to have been rectified and not too much damage was done.
