Clever move by Harry Redknapp bringing in Steve Maclaren as coach-outstanding coach on the training ground, players will love his training!

He is a good coach and should also know about a few talented young players from The Dutch league. For me the main problem is that he will go as soon as a manergerial role is offered to him.

To all those who think TF handles all appointments:

Do you guys think Mclaren was brought in on the insistence of Tony? After all, you fellas seem to think he brings in all the players, why not all the coaching staff too
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Positive move by the club as long as he stays as coach only on his part you could understand him thinking its a foot in the door. Strange move by Harry managers don't generally like to have big names around the clubs they are managing it can only add to the pressure on Harry if things don't start well.

I cant see anything wrong with this.

Having Harry and Jordan alone is a good thing... to then have Steve McClaren a part of the QPR Coaching team as well can only be good.

He may not be a TOP manager but he isnt a terrible manager and he is a good coach with massive experience.

              United,
              England,
              FC Twente

Decent coach, good positive move... Especially seeing what Phil Neville had to say.

Good training, good atmosphere... lets build on this.

Id rather see a motivated and happy QPR team play every week then a bunch of strangers who dont give a **** about each other etc

You put any coach in at Man Utd and they would do well, because of the quality of players they have.

On the contrary, a rubbish coach would have been exposed by the sort of player United have. If you're not up to the standards they are used to you get found out.
